Palazzo Lavaca Today

After extensive travels to Europe and in particular Venice, Italy, the building was transformed into Palazzo Lavaca in 2008 by owner Giselle Koy. It now provides a unique backdrop for stylish weddings, corporate events, and photo shoots. Paired with our exceptional service, guests can enjoy five distinct spaces within the venue: an open-air courtyard, an elegant Violet Flame Bar, a Grand Ballroom, a stately Great Room and a media lounge. There are also separate bride and groom changing suites. Internationally sourced design elements include 18th century antiques, Italian chandeliers as well as one from the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas, Fortuny Paper wallpaper and velvets, a coffered ceiling and a gold leafed ballroom. It combines old-world luxury, a building partly in ruins and a touch of modern glamour.
